2. Booking a Consultation
- Consultations can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.
- When booking, you may be asked to provide basic personal details to help us understand your migration needs.
- Consultations are available in-person at our Melbourne office, by phone, or via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
3. Consultation Fees
- A consultation fee may apply depending on the nature of your enquiry.
- Our consultation fee depends on the visa types selected as mentioned on or websites in AUD $.
- Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.
- Full payment is required prior to confirming your appointment.
Please note: The consultation fee covers professional advice during the session only. It does not include application preparation or document handling unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel your consultation up to 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or non-attendance (no-show), are non-refundable.
- To change or cancel your booking, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
5. Confidentiality
All information discussed during your consultation is strictly confidential. We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be shared without your consent unless required by law.
